Reporting The master or agents of any foreign inbound cruise vessel is required to report to Customs its intending arrival within 48 hours before arrival through the Advance Notice of Arrival form and sent to any Customs Port or emailed to cruiseshipsreport@frca.org.fj Masters of foreign vessels may require the use of shipping agents to facilitate the clearance of vessels. Boarding procedures All foreign inbound cruise vessels are subject to boarding and search by Customs, Agriculture Quarantine and Health officials. Ship stores Cruise vessels are eligible to apply for ship stores to Customs. Application for ship stores C35 will be made to Customs for approval before loading. Inward cargo report The master or agent of the foreign inbound vessel is required to submit the inward cargo report if necessary within 24 hours of arrival. Other places of reporting other than the approved port of entry Customs may in any particular case, permit any other place to be used temporarily as a place of unloading and loading, boarding stations, place for landing and embarkation of person.
