Commercial Vessel Departure Reporting The master or agents of any foreign outbound commercial vessel is required to report to Customs its intending departure within 24 hours before departing through their agent and sent to any Customs Port or emailed to commshipsreport@frca.org.fj. Boarding Procedures All foreign outbound commercial vessels are subject to boarding and search by Customs, Agriculture Quarantine and Health officials. Ship Stores Commercial vessels are eligible to apply for Ship Stores to Customs. Application for Ship Stores C35 will be made to Customs for approval before loading. Outward Cargo Report The master or agent of the foreign outbound vessel is required to submit the outward cargo report if necessary within 24 hours of departure. Other places of reporting other than the approved port of entry: Customs may in any particular case, permit any other place to be used temporarily as a place of unloading and loading, boarding stations, place for landing and embarkation of person.
