Fiji legislation requires the master of every vessel sailing to Fiji to provide an “Advance Notice of Arrival Form” to Customs two (2) days before arriving in Fiji.

All fields in the Advance Notice of Arrival are “MANDATORY” and failure to comply will result in charges laid against the master under Section 11A of Customs Act of 1986.

Completed Advance Notice of Arrival forms are to be submitted either by one of the following:

You must also notify the Ministry of Health (Port Health) and the Ministry of Agriculture Quarantine at the first port at which the vessel is to arrive.
